Managing Appointments: Scheduling, confirming, or rescheduling appointments for clients, patients, or meetings.
Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, or emails.
Maintaining Front Area: Ensuring that the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Data Entry: Entering and updating customer, client, or visitor information in systems or databases.
Billing & Payments: Handling payments, issuing invoices, or processing basic transactions, depending on the industry.
Providing Information: Assisting visitors with directions, answering questions, and providing relevant details about services or facilities.
Security & Access Control: Managing visitor sign-ins and ensuring that only authorized personnel or guests enter restricted areas.
Administrative Support: Assisting with other administrative tasks like filing, organizing documents, or managing office supplies.
